We have appreciated the opportunity of having Lawlor & Associates [LACmedia] involved with our Team Northern Ontario Trade Mission Project. Having served on City Council with you for nearly a decade, I had confidence that your team would do a great job, but Sean, Steve and Verdon exceeded my expectations as they rose to every challenge in their determination to give us a most professional presentation in Atlanta. What a great team!

We were somewhat surprised when you first suggested that information technology should be such a paramount component of the project, but as it unfolded, our doubts rapidly disappeared. From the use of the website to recruit Northern Ontario exporters, its conversion to a marketing focus to meets the needs of Atlanta based business contacts, the development of the CD-Rom, the design and printing of both the Trade Mission Manual and the Delegate Profiles, the design and manufacture of the Team Northern Ontario shirts, and finally the production of the excellent commemorative photograph, the project was a resounding success. As a matter of interest, I am sure that you have heard by now that many of the 18 participants are beginning to develop many successful business opportunities on the trip that was held from April 27 - May 2, 2002.

We greatly appreciated the manner in which your staff accommodated our requirements and rose to the occasion, as circumstances required.
